A Better Service Company, LLC is a full service provider with technicians on call after normal business hours to cover emergency service request. We are authorized heat pump dealers through Alabama Power Company and authorized split system installers through Spire. Protecting the investment in your HVAC system installed by A Better Service Company, LLC.
We will typically cover installed equipment for up to 1 year from the installation date for residential equipment and 6 months for commercial equipment. Equipment is considered “new” up to 1 year after installation and is eligible for Extended Warranty Coverage during that time.

This Extended Labor Warranty enhances the manufacturer’s warranty by covering labor cost so equipment owners are completely covered for equipment labor expense for the term of this service agreement.
